Course Description

Your Friday night plans just got considerably messier. Come try the pottery wheel without committing to a six-week relationship with ceramics. We’ll show you the basics, get your hands muddy, and help you make something that is hopefully a cup, bowl, or at minimum an object with emotional depth. No experience needed. No artistic talent required. Just show up ready make something. Your instructor will guide you through centering, pulling, shaping, and the ancient ceramic tradition of pretending that wobble was intentional. You’ll choose your glaze color from our studio palette, and our team will handle the firing and glazing after class.
