Saturday Evening Mini-Wheel Workshop!

Course Description

Come play with clay and make something small! This is a relaxed, social workshop—perfect for beginners or people who have experience in ceramics. All materials are provided. Settle in for two hours of clay time at Myrtle’s Clayhouse and create mini vases and bowls small enough for a mouse! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process using a Mini-pottery wheel. We’ll start with a demo on how to use the mini-wheel, then you’ll learn how to: • Shape your vase using simple, approachable methods (no experience needed!) • Attach decorations • Add surface details, texture, or carving to make it uniquely yours You’ll choose your glaze color from our studio palette, and our team will handle the firing and glazing after class. Your finished creations will be ready, typically available for pickup in about 2-3 weeks.
